Dislikes

No direction or motivation or support to your ideas. Neither any topline direction to the employee nor any downline team building support. Everyone at backend is running the game individually. Also, my job was supposed to be involving regular travel but the work they expected from a person didn't allow me to breathe out of office

Skill development - Poor
Work-life balance - Bad

Work Details

Work is very hectic & boring being highly repetitive.No manpower support so that an employee can bring the change to system. Fake promise while hiring the employee for building up the department hence the team but employee is thrown to the field all alone

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
