When I joined WheelsEye it was the time I liked the most because of Supportive TL like Somditya Dutta & RH Shivendra Sir even upper management too use to guide and atleast take feedbacks from us about client and try to be better.

Dislikes

Unwanted designation promoted to TSM still paying less than the other senior executives working in the system. Current management is the worst launching new products but not taking fleet owner feedback or challenges positively if you complain you will be fired with out any reason. All Telecom worst employee have started joining this start-up in create a mess

The top level management is worst. They use to make changes every month They don't know about there long term goal The major problem is about top management and this need to be improved giving higher salaries to them but they have lack of knowledge. Majorly Indian companies are use to copy american culture but atleast copy them with good ideas. Nothing good at all just focus on sale not in customer resolution and waste management off growth manages they hired only female candidate for flirt only all the tl and manager of tele sale s like that and give full pressure on male candidate
