Looks promising but too much of politics is there . Promotion happens keeping personal relationship in mind not performance. Regional head are incompetent and away from market reality as they don’t go and meet ground employees. They fire people like anything working is like BPO culture too much attrition rate . Too much of rate cutting is there so emp don’t earn much incentive as they have to pay from their pocket ....Read More

1. Attrition rate 2. Undercutting 3. Conflicting channel sales ( ground team , agent team and tele calling team ) . 4. Don’t pay incentive or gift in time 5.sometimes Managers take con call after 7 pm and ask to open camera for video call

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
