Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. Nothing, company portrays to be a medium sized startup but is rigged from the inside. People hate and keep eyes on you always managers are jealous. They can remove you during your training time as well, there is no job security at Whatfix.

Dislikes

Can’t say much. Kindly read each and every point on offer letter. They manipulate people with high salaries and then remove them with 7 days notice period without any severance to them. Onboarding and recruitment team also doesn’t give a shit about the employees they are just doing their targets to hire people irrespective of who you are what backgrounds you have.
