The team I work with are good to be with. And there is learning opportunity in my stream and also there is lot to implement and develop which company is not encouraging to do

No flexibility for employees, time restrictions. Don't know why some departments need to work in odd hours. Working 5 days a week from office after COVID time is very much discouraging for the employees. This will lead to attrition. Hybrid model is good to work as employees are happy with the hybrid model. For some roles there should be flexibility on timings.. Main Moto should be completion of duties, not to be in the office all the day and should be present in standard bracket of timings. Company should work and also understand employees mind, as most of them have understood the financial impact of "Work from Home", "Hybrid Model" of working. 1. Work culture is too poor. 2.Micro manging was high 3. Self decision making was not a choice 4. GD and designation was partialy different from what offer letter holded. 5.Too much pressure on the role and pay is minimum. 6. Manager was not good. Everyday presure and frustration. Resigned due to non acceptable hike % and manager pressure.

The most toxic culture, unethical management! Unrealistic mangers’ expectations! My 4th but worst experience till date. The expectations are so unrealistic that they are still not able to hire new people! You will only work, growth is not there at all!

Nothing, company portrays to be a medium sized startup but is rigged from the inside. People hate and keep eyes on you always managers are jealous. They can remove you during your training time as well, there is no job security at Whatfix.

Dislikes

Can’t say much. Kindly read each and every point on offer letter. They manipulate people with high salaries and then remove them with 7 days notice period without any severance to them. Onboarding and recruitment team also doesn’t give a shit about the employees they are just doing their targets to hire people irrespective of who you are what backgrounds you have.
