Timely salary payment beside that only 1 bhk (tiny room not able to use for family).No extra facility even bus fee also they charges...Whatever is ur CTC u will get that only no perks no incentives...basic nominal appraisal they provide like 7 to 10%

The only positive that i felt was that salary used to come at time. It was always credited on the last working day of the month.
Dislikes
Every thing was poor in the company. May it be salary, management, work life balance, etc. You just name it, it will be poor. They just want to meet the target even if you have to do overtime. And no extra payment will be given for you overtime.

During operation in PowerPolant they have transfered all employees to contractual and kicked out some of employee .for female harassment shall stop from higher authority .
