Company has good policies for employees and have good comfort in terms of leaves

Dislikes

I felt there is lack of work life balance in my team and manager was not so efficient in managing team. Wellsfargo is a good company to stay there for long time.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I have couple questions and doubts that I wanted to clarify before joining Genpact

My in-hand as discussed in interview was 30k and I was told that it's only one side cab with no travel allowance and as I'm staying far from the office I will spend at least 4k in travel making my in-hand 26k which is only 4k more than my current jobs pays Do Genpact also have incentives that could cover the travel fare and when doing night shift does they provide both side cab? Please help me here 🙏 anyone
