Wells Fargo itself was a brand till 2023.
Job security is always a concern since 2023, layoff's for silly & false reasons like medibuddy claims, PIP ( providing below average rating to good resource just because managers didn't like them personally) . Work life balance is very poor. Managers are just puppets of US authorities and they behave rude with their reportees. Appraisals are not so good since 2022. After you join, they start saying rotational shift, No allowance for night shifts, You have to work outside your login hours to cover US meeting or urgent projects. They say CAB will be provided but it will be bus - point pickup, its the worst. It will pick you upso early and drop you 30 mins early before your shift starts. No allowance, no reimbursement of any sorts. After you join, Nobody cares. Nobody will introduce themselves or the project or the work. Everything is so robotic. Long working hours people don't know what to do but still ask us to deliver things My manager calles 7 o clock in the not ask us to finish the things by EOD And he puts calls in the early morning 9 o clock.. Instead of 9 hours we are working for 24 hours I guess My health got spoiled and due to calls I was not able to eat properlyand lost 5 kgs in a month's span and got dizziness and felt sick.
