The fact that the your teammates are understanding and there's synergy amongst them.

Dislikes

Management gives no appreciation for your work, they have no regards of company policy and guidelines and can come up with ridiculous ones anytime, anywhere. There's a lack of communication amongst the hierarchy and you can be a target of one or many in the hierarchy just because they don't like you enough.

It's boring. 4 out of 6 days you'll be sitting and then all of sudden bc of lack of communication bw the management you'll get work on the 5th day, right you must be thinking what's the big deal after all that's how it goes but it affects your work.
