Feeling ecstatic being part of webskitters squad Would like to share my journey to date as a web developer in webskitters company. As a fresher, I have got great guidance and support from my team including from senior leads, which has helped me to gain immense confidence to work freely and make connections with them. Initially, I was involved in one of the existing project to understand its design, flow, coding structure with detailed application knowledge. Then i have been assigned to a new project. Working within a big team and grasping the more hands-on knowledge, contributing to delivering it successfully on time. I like the way employees are treated here at Webskitters. They maintain equality and most importantly the dignity of their employees. The existing team makes way for the new ones and they make them feel comfortable. Although, we are working from home nowadays due to COVID-19 menace, but the team leaders are very helpful and really understanding.

I have joined Webskitters 8 months ago. The experience has been great so far. It was a correct decision to join this company, I am happy with the way things are unfolding currently. The journey is going great.

All co workers are very helpfull and friendly. Work culture is excellent. Salary timing is superb. Also get good appraisal once in a year. Overall, satisfying.
