I like a lot of things in Webskitters. I love the way the employees and their needs are placed high. The team co-ordination is very encouraging and it boosts our confidence too.

There's nothing to dislike about Webskitters. However, the working hours seems too long.

Frequently changes companies by giving false statements and negative comments about previous companies. Involved in a lot office politics as well as gossips. All the projects are international. You'll get chance to work on projects based on US, UK, Middle East countries etc.

The managers don't empathize the hard work that you do. You'll be asked to work when you reach home even after having a very long tiring day. You have to literally beg for leave approvals. The notice period is of 3 months and you won't be paid salary when serving your notice period. If you don't attend office on Friday or Monday, they will deduct salaries of 3 days. I can go on and on.

I had the unfortunate experience of working at webskitters, and i feel compelled to share my honest opinion. there are several significant issues with this company that potential employees should be aware of before making the decision to join. cons : 1. Unreasonable 3 month without pay notice period & final settlement delay. 2.Toxic Work culture: your manager & management play dirty politics. 3.Low compensation compared to other companies in kolkata. 4.Inhumane working hours : 9.5 hrs which extends to 11 hrs frequently. 5.No respect for employees I would never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fair,balanced & respectful work environment....Read More
