Webskitters has better job security then most of the other IT companies. The work culture is held high here. They don't compromise on that under any circumstances. The leadership at the utmost leave of Webskitters, are really visionary and they know their way to lead the organization that is all growing and expanding, rapidly.

Training opportunities is good here, but managing the work pressure along with training oneself to new skills, is quiet tiresome.

I like a lot of things in webskitters, the best is the on-time salary feature. it is so good to see your account getting credited with your salary in the first of every month. you can even earn a reward for your hard work. It is a wonderful experience and employees here are such warming and welcoming.
