I am a fresher, so I don't have much experience about how a company should be. But I can say that working here in Webskitters doesn't feel to be stressful at all. It is simple and easy to work & communicate with others.

I don't have anything to dislike. I think it is a good organization for freshers like me.

I'm a Node JS developer at Webskitters. I have got some brilliant team leads and seniors. They guide us at each and every step and help us if we get stuck at any place while working. Work Days : Monday - Friday (Flexible Timings)

Even if you are jobless, don't join Webskitters..

Dislikes

They don't pay as per promised. They will deduct the maximum they can so soon you will feel frustrated. There working culture was so horrible that i was forced to leave the company in a month. You need to be way too courageous to work there for long. They will sieze your phone if you are found using one during work hours and keep itin a locker and then return you while you leave, as if we are in school or something and not in professional environment. In the name of training, all they do is to tell you to open Google and search and study on your own. You cannot take a break of more than 30 mins THROUGHOUT the day.. If done, they will deduct your salary(the so called pocket money they provide). If you have to attend any call, you need to go out of the office. You cannot talk while working as it's not allowed to talk while working..
