I never seen a worst company like this who have no culture not a work balance and environment are too much hectic you can't talk with your colleague and person whose name vikaram chand they always pressurize you and always give negative feedback about you so if you keep away from him he is mental never seen a smile on his face so before join ask from any employee alif that company

Hectic place like never see you can't talk with your colleague and they always pressurize you about work and never give good feedback vikram Chand most mentally disturbed person of that company so if you join away from him but you have no option they have short of employees so you always get him as your project manager

everything is bad don't join. you work for hours and have no appreciation. boss will shout at you like you are in school. you are not allowed to talk to your colleagues. can't go out unless it's lunch time and that is only for 30 mints. if you talk to your colleague they will change your seat like you are in 3rd grade. It's not a company it's a prison.

Company management is the worst and team management is even more so.

The manager of the company is Subrat Bhol who is the head HR, he is also the team leader, he is also the finance and accountant and according to him, he is the head manager of the sales, marketing and development team. And his communication skills are absolutely useless and he is not perfect in any one task.
