The first thing that positively struck me was employees shutting down their machines as soon as work day ended and leaving for home. Employees are encouraged to leave as soon as work day ends and not to take their work home. Due importance is given to work & life balance in true letter and spirit. Although I am quite new in the company, from what I've experienced so far, Salary has always been on time. This is a big plus. There is a no nonsense work culture with a very disciplined environment. You are expected to put in your best while at work and perform well. Seniors are very helpful, patient and always ready to guide. The Management is quite approachable and transparent. The atmosphere is good with a high level of employee skills. If you have the zeal to learn and grow, this could be the right place for you....Read More

I have worked here for 3 plus years as Project Manager. The company is exceptionally focued on quality projects with customer first policy so a lot of energy goes for the project manager on QC.

Dislikes

They are strict on office timings and no flexi timing but no overtime also
