It was a pleasure to work with ( wealth zone soft solutions private limited ) in that 3 years of experience which I gain from this organisation it's helps me to develop my skills , abilities , confidence, enthusiasm and many more . I would suggest that this organisation is great platform for start a new journey.

Dislikes

In Every organization have politics issues in their employees with the management. Necessary is that management should be equality with every employee it doesn't matter lower level or higher.

Work Details

It was great work environment .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
