They hire you by providing best package. And if your experience is 2.5 years they show your experience to client is 5 year so client will expect fast work as a 5 years experience developer. And if you didn't do fast work then they directly fired you. And they will not provide you any buffer time to search job. After getting mail you just unemployed from next day.
