I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. As of now don't have much dislikes about the QED42 as management is ready to talk and discuss the pain points and act upon it but there is a lot improvement required at the people practice level to connect with the people, provide the friendly communication point of contact and help to accommodate the suggestions coming from the team members.
