Absolutely pathetic work culture and environment is even worst, I don't think a person willing to have good work life balance can survive, so many cons just can't write it down all there though a few of them is here. 1: You'll be forced to work on weekends(Once every month) 2: You'll not be paid for over time although they will do everything to make you work over time. 3: You'll be blamed for everything, their blame game is super strong. 4: Leaves.....just can't think about it, leaving job will get easier for you than taking a leave. 5: HR is super judgemental and rude....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
