Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Likes

The company is open to innovation and provides a better career growth. While working with this company one doesn't only gets good salary but also gains good experience. I haven't ever witnessed any politics system. The team mates are really helpful and co operating. Overall work environment is also good.

They should provide transport facilities to teachers too.

To have reports of the IIT & NEET Exam preparations of students from the trainers. To meet with the parents & students to make the leads successful.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
