The culture is very toxic The entire organisation feels like you are living in North Korea. There is no freedom to eat or have tea breaks nor do they allow work from home Leaves are not approved. If you are late for more than 3-4 times a month your salary is deducted. Call center type culture where everyone is forced to do sales Ifyou leave even 1 minute before they will tag it as a half day They make u work 56 hrs a week (9 hrs per day and 6 days a week)...Read More

The organisation that sells employee benefits and wellness yet fails to provide the same for their employees The organisation that consults other organisations on work life balance, but does mot care about their employees’ work life balance The organisation sells persistency through gamification and apps for health insurance, but does not provide health insurance to own employees The MD is so involved in employees wellness, that he looks into the camera to check what employees do Who the employees have breakfast/chai/lunch with, are they friendly with other employees, and on close monitoring, will be interrogated on others lives...Read More

No matter what role you join here as, you will be forced to join the sales team clearly because the current sales team is incompetent to do their jobs. You will be provided with unrealistic targets, and on not achieving those you will be yelled at, abused, pushed into self doubt, and ultimately asked to “part ways” There is no set process for anything in this organisation. The management promises guidance and support, and when it actually comes to getting help, they will leave you high and dry, and when u try to find a way around to do the job in a systematic manner, you will again be abused and yelled at. The management lives in a delusion where their employees are happy working 50+hours a week, with no benefits, no happiness at work I would urge people to join the company if you want to learn playing politics, hate your job, be unsatisfied, frustrated at work and gain no knowledge...Read More
