Work culture and work life balance is good, but appraisal and promotion policies are very worst, 100% job security, job satisfaction if you can adjust with a nominal increment. No skill development but you have a freedom for work. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
