Walmart's processes are so indigenously interlocked across functions that it becomes almost impossible for anyone to jump the guns. This ensures minimal lobbying or silos among employees with sequential flow of works undefeated, which at the same time also maximises compliance, integrity and ethics in all transactions at every stage of project(s).

Dislikes

Walmart's rigidity on paperwork towards processes, compliance, ethics and integrity is extreme which while good, is in today's era recommended to be tied with e-mail approvals too where feasible along with detailed reports as required, especially during the execution phase of the project. Also, paperwork could be translated onto at the end of the project with HODs compiled with Project Closure Report.
