No one listens to you, HR is hand in glove with management. The policies are only on paper. Senior management are reachable on mail, but wont help or respond. Your work life balance and life is screwed if are part of this place or culture. Ethics and Compliance is a joke, they wont help. Pathetic Experience.

Writing this genuine comment from heart- consider this as Genuine SAP Folks voice (excluding Show off people) 1. Amazon fellows occupied upper level management position. Domination to the higher extent without SAP knowledge. Destroyed SAP US Payroll Implementation. 2. ABAP Team senior manager - not at all having 0.1% SAP Basic andscreen level knowledge. We pushed into mental pressure, health problems because of this guy and complete EBS management. 3. Knowledge and skills not at all required to survey here. If you okay to say “Yes” to Senior Director, then congrats, you are the personal assistant to him. 4. 70% of engineers are following Point 3 by losing their real dignity, honour and respect. Feel shame for them. 5. US company / US Team converted into “Factory Team” because of mentioned 4 points. 6. ABAP team is really worse I’ve ever seen. Company really takes care of its employees realted with top up insurance, perks, food, cab etc. Also the learning is good in some teams. Work life balance was good in my team.

Dislikes

1. No much emphasis on learning. Also they have replaced a good learning platform with some mediocre one. 2. Lots of micromanagement from manager in my team. Also he threatens you. 3.No visibility in my team as there is no much overlap with US teams and US team do not share much work with India team. 4. No much career growth also manager do not care.

Hierarchical setup for engineers. Manager Oriented company Lack of mentoring for engineers Lack of engineering process in the Company. Works like a service company.
