There are Many, A small one is. There is a bond for slavery in the company. Every new employees needs to fill the bond of on job training with half of the CTC against breaking the bond.

• Waaree is purely production oriented company,they are only interested is production number, Except Quality Department No one is worry about quality of product • Assistant Manager also need to come in 3 Shifts • Lack of structure way for Quality Improvement

1. No work life balance 2. No technical work only GADHA HAMALI 3. Canteen facilities not provided by company one 3rd party contractor is working there you need to pay 50 rupees for full thali for that we need to wait for 10 - 15 minutes, same for all workers & staff, no sitting place in canteen they arranged seating in the walkway,worst experience ever, 10 minutes tea break one person will come on the line with tea pot with disposal & we need to be present there when he come if not you will not get the tea.. 4. Leaves -you will get 1.25 PL per month & 2 SL in 3 month, it feels like labor, if you absent all goes in the LOP 5. No transport facilities from nearby location for staff, available only from surat & Navsari 6. There is no proper infrastructure, not good facilities, even there is no any kind of system, they write different thing in JD and actul role is totally different. They are focusing only on numbers, no Quality no safety, everything they have but they are not using it. There is no Process engineering department. Every month you need to clear your attendance otherwise they will cut your salary.
