My experience with VXI has been incredibly rewarding, thanks to the continues support and feedback of my seniors and colleagues. After 11 months, I transitioned to the roll of IT Desktop Associate through IJP. Many to say there is no proper communication with HRs or with Managers and they force us to do the OTs without our consent and won't provide any leaves though. And as for promotions they will hire someone from outside than promoting us. It's the worse company and we don't have outlook access we can't even send a mail regarding resignation or any complaints all we can do is abscond since the company don't accept resignations...Read More
