My job before was a bit challenging, i was given a task to handle a team and also i was given a chance to promote sales strategy to the clients and providing them quality and good services . I was presenting new updates of mobile devices.

My experience with VXI has been incredibly rewarding, thanks to the continues support and feedback of my seniors and colleagues. After 11 months, I transitioned to the roll of IT Desktop Associate through IJP. This opportunity has allowed me to take on new challenges, grow professionally and further develop my skills within the company.

Many to say there is no proper communication with HRs or with Managers and they force us to do the OTs without our consent and won't provide any leaves though. And as for promotions they will hire someone from outside than promoting us. It's the worse company and we don't have outlook access we can't even send a mail regarding resignation or any complaints all we can do is abscond since the company don't accept resignations...Read More
