Leadership is not good. Leadership will target you for no reason and make you to resign due to the pressure they give. So much of attitude and improper behaviour towards the associates. You cannot learn anything from this company. No learning atmosphere and leadership is worst.

There are many dislikes about working at VWR International(Avantor) 1. M. Management 2. Need to take permission before leaves( if they allows) 3. Promotion 4. More than 10 hours working and Month end closing it takes around 12 hours

I work in customer support so it's easy for me my loggin and logout time are 4-1 to the dot no extension Very minimal targets Friendly work place But AR teams suffers a lot they work 24/7
