That’s the reason you can plan well in advance, and work with a proper pace. Having co-operative colleagues beside you is an added advantage. Equation with superiors is nice, and they manage us well. Hikes so far have been as expected. Work and learn atmosphere.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
