Most unprofessional company. They fire employees within one day without any notice period. Worst work environment. Does not recognize your work. Not give the leaves whenever required. If you take paid leaves, they will work on the Saturday and Sunday.no Appraisals. No job security.

I can plan ahead and maintain a steady pace at work. Having Supportive colleagues is a huge plus. My relationship with my superiors is positive, and they manage all of us effectively. There's proper recognition and a sense of trust. I am satisfied with the salary too.

They taking org. forward for many years now. Good relation they sharing with the employees. Policies they coming up with are for our benefit. Importance giving to the personal goals of us as well. The mgmt. set the example for us each time. It feel like we working under the capable hands. Good for the career of us.

The projects over here make this possible. Working on a global stage introduces one to a number of new things such as international standards, protocols etc. Better opportunities to work on niche and globally high in demand technologies and platforms. Challenges are diff.
