I am working as an production engineer at VST POWER TILLER DIVISION. My work is to maximum utilization of the manpower and achieve the management set targets, to avoid repair and rejections. Everyday kaizens.

Old management was very good. Very good place to learn.

No Work-life balance. Management forces us to work extra hours and even on Sundays/ national holidays. No respect for the employees. il-logical top management.

Earlier, management, work culture and job security was there. With new management in-charge, there is no work life balance, no systematic work, unreasonable pressure and on top of all no job security. Not at all a good place to work. Will not suggest for anyone.

Dislikes

There is no systematic approach from top-down. With no system in place, everything bottles down to individuals with lot of manual work and unreasonable pressure from top management. Zero % work life balance and personal time. No scope for personal development or career development. Everyone will be fire fighting on the issues all the time. Not a place to recommend for any job seeker.

Btw 2017-2019, work life at VST was good. From 2019 till present, with new management in place, it's pathetic!
