You can develop some skills via yourself, no one gonna give you deep knowledge about the work not because they doesn't wants to give but because they doesn't have.

There is no work life balance No high salary and no incentives Very very low chances of promotion No job security (basically tender based company) Coordinators are rude and terrible Scrtict work hours

There is facing many issues : Salary : There is very low salary you can maintain only pocket kharch Job Security : There is no any job security , project over, company offer resign letter to employee Environment : Work on field or showroom no any skills upgraded
