There is facing many issues : Salary : There is very low salary you can maintain only pocket kharch Job Security : There is no any job security , project over, company offer resign letter to employee Environment : Work on field or showroom no any skills upgraded

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
