Dislikes

Good experience with teammates and easily delivery business. The work pressure is very high sometimes .I have to work 10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Our managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to takeback my suggestions most of the times I do receive appreciation emails from my clent

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
