When I asked to manager, he simply said that it is not in control you can connect with HR. Dislikes

Not a product-based company. Everything is slow and most processes are manual. Quality Resources are not hired, they are busy increasing just the head count. The international travel team is a big mess. Management is laid which has disadvantage of they are not aware of your work at all.
