Work life balance is Zero Demeaning bosses, abusive culture, no respect for employee as an individual, no consideration of personal problems, work even if you are dying because it’s their birth right to demean you for being ill or for having family. Though they don’t provide you time to have a family (18 hrs of working), but if lucky enough to have a pretty lovely family, you will regret

Pathetic it's about target if you achieved your targets they will praise if you don't achieve they will drive you crazy to put a resignation especially the hr mrd head and business they are playing dirty politics to remove you from the system
