I was working in Tech Mahindra but in Vodafone Idea postpaid priority desk process. There is no work life balance, they always push you unnecessarily and gives you workload. They don't have any proper management, everyday they change in the process and also faced salary issue. Without reason salary used to be deducted.

The higher management functions in such a way that it motivates people to switch to other jobs.
No work life balance. Only work. Forget personal life. They tell you it's 5 days per week job, but they make sure to make it 24x7. The management changes decisions every now and then, this making you confused what to do and what not to do. You won't require job security as you will yourself try to leave. Think about your life security. They like robotic tasks, so if you wish to learn new things, you will be denied access and overloaded with routine robotic tasks.
