The salary offered is more than offered by other companies.

Dislikes

The company culture is horrible. There is no work life balance and they put a lot of pressure even when you joined a month ago. Expectations are way too high and the training given is good for nothing. Leaders are too intimidating and there is no job security. 5% of the salary allowance depends on the adherence and targets achieved.
