It gives you opportunity to work in a telecom and opportunities to learn core telecom skills with good amount of handson

Very poor management. The upper management is good and trying new initiatives however the internal politics has affected the team morals. Also increment and growth opportunities are very poor

Only like about company is you will get post paid bill payment. Unlimited paid sick leaves. Most of role have good job security, especially Desk Jobs.

Not good work life balance. Management not care about skilled employee , No growth financially. dry appraisals , work life balance is worst . People will not approve leaves -Yearly you will get 26 leaves , manager will not approve more than 10 leaves yearly. No benifits : Not have shift allowance, No team outing no other activities. Company policy: Worst policies like anti poch - you cannot switch to competitors. Because of mergers all policies are company favour no employee will get benifit. Dont accept offers . You will regret once you join and work with them ....Read More
