Vodafone idea ltd provides excellent scope of learning and growth for employees. Company has given excellent appraisals to employees even in covid times. But HR and top management is not available to listen and they never try to understand the employees view. 5 days work from office is enforced to lower level employees while top management cheers at home. They so not provide EL encashment. Edit - 15th march 2022. Managers are unsupportive and too old to understand modern technologies. They are just eating money on the harf work of L2, L1. Recently policies are being decided as Lala ki dukan,...Means EL encashment removed, circle and Code employee notice period 30 days, while snoc 90 days ...My manager assigned me 93 days. HR is like a frog who plays bucket game,once you are in notice period. Now a days chamcha gang is preferred.. actually these individuals are enforcing people to leave and thus actually pushing company towards destruction....Read More
Managers at L3 KE... Specially oldies. Snoc oss function is worst.
Work life balance is not so good. You are enforced to go 6 days to office.

Less chance of getting promoted. New joiners will always have higher package than you. This creates disparity among the employees. Company should look after internal talent to resolve this disparity

No work life balance in Retail Team Even though it was showing in portal that we get 2 off i.e Saturday and Sunday but still we were working on Saturday full day..as earlier it was half day on Saturday

I was working in Tech Mahindra but in Vodafone Idea postpaid priority desk process. There is no work life balance, they always push you unnecessarily and gives you workload. They don't have any proper management, everyday they change in the process and also faced salary issue. Without reason salary used to be deducted.

The higher management functions in such a way that it motivates people to switch to other jobs.
No work life balance. Only work. Forget personal life. They tell you it's 5 days per week job, but they make sure to make it 24x7. The management changes decisions every now and then, this making you confused what to do and what not to do. You won't require job security as you will yourself try to leave. Think about your life security. They like robotic tasks, so if you wish to learn new things, you will be denied access and overloaded with routine robotic tasks. It has a good work life balance. Zero politics within team. Managers are very supportive. Paternal Leave is for 4 months. Maternal Leave : 6 months followed by 6 hours work only. Policies are very good and are made for the complete benefit of the employees. 💕
