You will join to do something....you will end up trying to do only that something. Over all telecom no job security. As it is a 24*7 job don't expect work life balance. No innovation at all. Travel is very less and good Salary wise it's good comparatively

I like that they try to show they are doing so many things for the employees but we know that not the truth

Giving so much pressure and instigating team lead to put down paper and later to cover there trail they will say no one is forcing you , this happened to me i was instigate by Nitro to put down my paper and he cleared told me he don't care if I leave and put a lot of pressure on me and gave 1 days resignation

Canteen facility needs to be enhanced. Better offers while hiring.
