1.First of all you have to sell postpaid connection, that too with pressure, forcefully give postpaid connection to the customer. Somehow give postpaid connection to the customer and then force it to run for 4 months. Company Policies are employee friendly.. Work life balance. Leave policies are best in India.. Work culture is quite good amongst other service based companies. All of these are as oer my project, others can find it diffrent..

Too much slow in the Tech Race. Employees, who are in VOIS for a long time, taking too much advantages of the policy, than the work the do.. This is also for my project only... others can find it diffrent....
