This organisation is safe for women employees .HR policies are really good to work 👍🏻.

The only negative feedback from my side is there is a lot of politics and management doesn’t address our issues. One more issue is transfer is not that easy as they promiss at time of joining.

Job security is something that one can simply not count on. This aside, the functions or different verticals are not in sync with each other. The verticals function in isolation and any cross functional exchange generally leads to a blame game. Operational requirements are not addressed due to lack of situational understanding of ground reality by top management which adversely affects performance basis which, they lay you off. Currently financially unstable which is used as an excuse to compromise with the operational requirements of man power. Financial instability is also a major factor for the compromise in the quality of network services being provided to existing customer base that further impacts Net Promoter Score and becomes a hindrance in acquiring new customers as well as churn of old customer base. Overall, the financial burden being faced by the organization is leading to the loss of market share to competitors thereby impacting employees' KPIs and making a company owned store a liability as the revenue generated is not meeting the operational expenses....Read More
