Late promotion. No strategic vision. Management is selling market to get in profit. No skill development and works over the obsolete technology. Management is now doing micro management after Accenture have 15 percent stake

Too much slow in the Tech Race. Employees, who are in VOIS for a long time, taking too much advantages of the policy, than the work the do.. This is also for my project only... others can find it diffrent....

Management is baised. Company policies are very good but implementation of policies are poor and hence favouring to the closer once is bigger issue. Which leads politics within the team and people gets demoralised.

I have been in organization since past 1 year. Overall good organization for those who need to manage personal stuff as well. Some department provide wfh facility so no issue of relocation. Salary increment is minimal so not suitable for those seeking faster growth.

Old staffs were very humble n kind to work with!!Old managers were very co-operative and we all work as a family!!Functions n celebrations were fantastic n memorable!! Support for the work given by old colleagues was marvellous

People seem to be working on Teams and Outlook only. Difficult to install new software requires a chain of approvals, difficult to learn new tech, it feels like a govt job, disappointing management, below average tech skills of employees.
