I worked 4 years.. But later as they outsourced the process to another city.. Unfortunately nit possible for a married women to shift there entirely.. I had to resign.. Even wen i did not want to.. But yes.. It was the best experience of mine working with idea.. Thank you

Working with idea cellular was the bestest experience of my life... It was under Tata that time.. And they never let us feel like employees.. Got a great exp of handling corporate customer queries. .. You can really see growth in urself while working with idea cell

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike is even after working for more than 3.5 years we did not get a chance to prove ourselves wen the customer support got outsourced. They could have given us some new option rather than just forcing us resign..
