Company Policies are employee friendly.. Work life balance. Leave policies are best in India.. Work culture is quite good amongst other service based companies. All of these are as oer my project, others can find it diffrent..

Too much slow in the Tech Race. Employees, who are in VOIS for a long time, taking too much advantages of the policy, than the work the do.. This is also for my project only... others can find it diffrent....

Only thing which I like is they give work from home, which is very needful for few of the ladies.

They put lot of pressure for achieving targets so that they can go ahead of their competitors. Also there lack of support in team and no job security.

Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.

They will ask you leave in every review they take no appreciation even you work for whole week company is falling people are desperate stock price are all time NO WORK LIFE BALANCE bosses will call at 9 am morning to check if your are on work or not
