As I mentioned, in some business units the environment is terrible..with a combination of bad leaders in the organization. It doesn't end there, the company has a minimum of 1 layoff per year (last year it was 2+) The names picked for the layoffs doesn't have any logic and a lot depends on what your leaders think at a point in time. So when the company pours you with benefits and a good package, this is the other side of it, job-security is a big concern and there is a lot of internal politics as in any other company....Read More
