The only good thing I liked in VizExperts is the technical stack which has been built over 10 years. The softwares over there provide lot of insights of best software development practices and helps learning good design patterns in c++, python, Java.

Dislikes

The management doesn't treat the employees well. The attitude of the CEO is not professional.

They just offer you work from home. There is nothing to like about this organisation.

1. No work no pay policy (you can’t take leaves, not even sick leave else your salary will get deducted) 2. No appraisal 3. Toxic and abusive work culture 4. Zero work life balance 5. No company policies and perks 6. You are asked to work even on Saturdays and Sundays 7. No hierarchies and lot of interdependencies due to which your work will get hamper and then you will be questioned. 8.
