Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive. You will get many opportunities to work on different areas. You will learn many things and you will get good salary hike Evey year.

Dislikes

Work pressure is more you can't balance work-life.

Starting it is very nice and good I learned Many things in different areas and later on I feel work pressure and I'm not able to balance work-life

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
