Property was beautiful,team of the staff members were good and cooperative. Interdepartment coordination was good during crisis.

Understaff . Poor work life balance. Staffs are not even at peace when left for home. There is no culture of innovation or expressing your thoughts. Unfair treatment towards staff.

I work i housekeeping department. For me my department is good friendly head and managers but overall company management is not good. Poor cafetaria meal almost most of the days. Work life balance is not up to mark human resources management really need to focus on staff satisfaction. This company never cares about staff. I don't understand why cafetaria committee members says they don't have food to staff and quality of food is very bad.
